Chicken: Breast, GF breadcrumbs, thyme, lemon, buttermilk, eggs,quinoa flour,olive oil, salt & pepper.
Quinoa: Toasted quinoa, water, salt & pepper, broccoli, lemon zests, lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, red onion, fresh herbs.
Chicken: Remove the plastic cover and place the foil tray in the oven for 20- 25 minutes.
Quinoa: Best if microwaved for 3--5 minutes (stir halfway)
Broccoli: Reheat on a sheet pan at 350°F for 10 minutes.
