  • GF-DF Chicken Breast, Corn Starch, Olive Oil, Salt & Pepper

    GF-V Baby Yukon Potatoes, Olive Oil, Rosemary, Lemon Zest, Salt & Pepper.

    GF-V Broccoli Rabe: Olive Oil, Garlic, Chili Flake, Salt & Pepper.

    GF Lemon-Caper Sauce: Chicken Stock, White Wine, Lemon Juice, Capers, Cornstarch, Parsley, Salt & Pepper.

  • Chicken: Place in a non-stick sauté pan with the sauce, cover and let
    it heat up for 7-8 minutes. Though not recommended, chicken can be microwaved For 4-5 minutes on medium.

    Potatoes: reheat uncovered at 350°F for 15-18 minutes. Potatoes can
    also be microwaved for 2-3 minutes.

    Broccoli rabe: Best if microwaved for 2-3 minutes.
