Ingredients:
- Chicken (chicken thighs, onion, carrot, celery, thyme, garlic, bay leaf, red wine, beef stock, oiive oil, salt and pepper)
- Cauliflower Risotto (cauliflower, shallots, fresh herbs, celery, leek, garlic, olive oil, white wine, lemon zests, lemon juice)
- Carrots (tri-colored carrots, thyme, olive oil, salt and pepper)
Chicken: Place in a non stick sauté pan (scrape all the sauce) on stove top at medium heat, cover and let it heat up for 13-15 minutes (flip the chicken at the halfway point). Though not recommended, the chicken can be microwaved for 5-6 minutes.
Cauliflower Risotto: Best if micowaved for 3-4 minutes.
Carrots: Reheat on a sheet pan at 350°F for 8-10 minutes.
