Fish: 5 oz fresh haddock fillet, gluten free flour, eggs, gluten free breadcrumbs, olive oil, salt and pepper.
Vegetables: Sugar snap peas, leeks olive oil, salt and pepper.
Rice: Brown rice, onion, bay leaf, water, olive oil, water, salt and pepper.
Tartare: Mayonnaise, garlic, pickles, parsley, capers, lemon zests, lemon juice, salt and pepper.Fish: Transfer the fish to an oven safe dish, place in a preheated oven at 350°F for 15-18 minutes until hot.
Vegetables: Best if microwaved for 3 minutes.
Rice: Best if microwaved for 3-4 minutes to a temperature of your liking.*For oven reheating, the durations provided assume the oven has been preheated, the dish is placed in the middle of the oven, and the use of an oven-safe dish.
