Barley: Carrots, celery, onion, zucchini, squash, eggplant, fresh herbs, peppers, garlic, lime, olive oil
Chicken: Transfer to an oven safe dish (scrape all the sauce) and cover with foil or lid. Place in a preheated oven at 350 F for 15-18 minutes. If you use the microwave, place the dish as is s is for 3-4 minutes (covered).

Barley: Best is microwaved for 3-5 minutes.
