    Salsa: Fresh tomato, jalapeno, red onion, cilantro, garlic, cucumber, lime juice, olive oil

    Corn Salad: Roasted corn, black bean, red & green pepper, romaine, lemon zests, olive oil

  • Lasagna: Best if microwaved (place a paper towel on top) for 6-8 minutes. If you prefer to reheat the lasagna in the oven, transfer the lasagna to a sheet pan, cover with foil, and reheat at 350°F for 25-30 minutes.
