Roasted Pork Tenderloin
Roasted Pork Tenderloin, Dauphinois Potatoes and Ratatouille.
Pork (NF): pork tenderloin, shallots, dijon mustard, cream, white wine, butter.
Potatoes (NF): Yukon Gold potatoes, half & half, eggs, garlic, fresh herbs.
Ratatouille (GF-NF): Zucchini, squash, red onion, eggplant, peppers, fresh oregano, thyme
Pork: Place in a non stick sauté pan (scrape all the sauce) on stove top at medium heat, cover and let it heat up for 8-9 minutes (flip the pork at the halfway point). Though not recommended, the pork can be microwaved for 4-5 minutes.
Potatoes: Reheat uncovered at 350°F for 20-22 minutes. Potatoes can also be microwaved for 2-3 minutes.
Ratatouille: Best if microwaved for 2-3 minutes.
