White Bean Ragout: Carrots, onion, celery, peppers, chorizo, sage, lemon zests, lemon juice, leeks, garlic,thyme, bay leaf, chicken stock, water, salt & pepper.
Salmon: 5 oz salmon filet, olive oil, salt & pepper, fresh chopped parsley & oregano.Salmon: Reheat at 350° F for 15-18 minutes until hot.
White Bean: Transfer to a non-stick pot, cover with a lid, simmer until hot, stir occasionally.
Serving: Place the white bean ragout in a bowl, top with the fish, squeeze the lemon wedge on top of the salmon.For oven reheating, the durations provided assume the oven has been preheated, food has been transferred to an oven-safe dish and the dish is placed in the middle of the oven. Food provided in aluminum packaging is oven safe after removal of the plastic/cardboard lid and safety stickers. When reheating using the microwave, transfer food to a microwave-safe dish. Reheating time may vary based on the type, age and settings of the appliance. Be sure to stir occasionally where possible.
