Tilily Sourdough is a grassroots sourdough baking company based out of Reading, MA. The owner, Jessica Lynch, is a longtime resident of Reading. "Tilily" is a name that is close to the heart, named after Jessica's son's Tim ("Ti"), Liam ("Li") and the family's last name Lynch ("Ly"). Tilily prides itself on using wholesome ingredients and exclusively organic flour to bake their delicious sourdough loaves. The standard menu includes an Organic Artisan Boule, an Organic sandwich loaf, a Parmesan sandwich loaf, and a Chocolate Chip loaf. Seasonal offerings are also available.
