Fish: 5 oz fresh cod, olive,e oil, fresh herbs, fennel, potato, olives, onion, garlic, tomato, salt & pepper.
Vegetable: Broccoli, olive oil, garlic, lemon juice salt & pepper).
Fish: Best if microwaved in the container for 3-4 minutes. Use a spatula to transfer to the plate.
Vegetable: transfer on an oven safe dish, place in a pre heated oven 350F for 10 -12 minutes.
