BBQ Glazed Meatloaf
Entree is NF-GF
Meatloaf: Ground beef, ground pork, onion, garlic,milk,, egg, BBQ sauce, parsley, salt & pepper.Potatoes: Red bliss potatoes, heavy cream, butter, salt and pepper.
Corn & Peas: Olive oil, salt and pepper.
Gravy: Beef stock, cornstarch.
Meatloaf: Transfer lying flat to an oven safe dish, add a little water to cover the bottom of the pan, cover with foil, place in a pre-heated oven at 350 for 14-18 minutes. Heat the gravy separtely in.a small pot.
Pasta: Best if microwaved for 4-5 minutes (stir halfway).
Vegetables: Reheat in a saute pan over medium heat until heated through for about 5 minutes.
Potatoes: Best is microwaved for 3-4 minutes ( stir tat halfway point).
*For oven reheating, the durations provided assume the oven has been preheated, the dish is placed in the middle of the oven, and the use of an oven-safe dish. For microwave reheating, time will vary based on the type of microwave and settings. Be sure to stir occasionally.
