Braised Beef Short Rib, Roasted Winter Root Vegetables & Potatoes
Beef (NF-GF): beef short rib, onion, carrot, celery, bay leaf, thyme, oregano, garlic, red wine, beef stock, quinoa flour, butter, salt and pepper.
Root Vegetables (VEGAN-NF-DF-GF-DF): turnip, parsnip, carrot, celery, oniion, Brussels sprouts, potatoes, thyme, rosemary, oregano, olive oil, salt and pepper.Beef: Place in a non stick sauté pan (scrape all the sauce) on stove top at medium heat, cover and let it heat up for 8-10 minutes (flip the short rib at the halfway point). Though not recommended, the short rib can be microwaved for 5-6 minutes.
Root vegetables: Reheat on a sheet pan at 350°F oven for 11-13 minutes. Though not recommended, the root vegetables can be microwaved for 3-4 minutes.
