Chicken: Breast, GF breadcrumbs, thyme, lemon, buttermilk, eggs, quinoa flour, olive oil, salt & pepper.
Quinoa: Toasted quinoa, water, salt, pepper, broccoli, lemon zests, lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, red onion, and fresh herbs.
Chicken: Remove the plastic cover and reheat in the oven at 350°Ffor 20-25 minutes.
Quinoa: Best if microwaved for 3-5 minutes (stir halfway).
Broccoli: Reheat on a sheet pan at 350°F for 10 minutes.
For oven reheating, the durations provided assume the oven has been preheated, food has been transferred to an oven-safe dish and the dish is placed in the middle of the oven. Food provided in aluminum packaging is oven safe after removal of the plastic/cardboard lid and safety stickers. When reheating using the microwave, transfer food to a microwave-safe dish. Reheating time may vary based on the type, age and settings of the appliance. Be sure to stir occasionally where possible.
