Crusted Pork Loin

Pork Loin: Orange zest,fennel seeds, lemon pepper spice, salt.
Potatoes: Creamer potatoes, leeks, onion, olive oil, thyme, parsley, salt, and pepper.
Vegetable: Spinach, garlic, olive oil, salt.
Apricot Chutney: Dried apricot, cider vinegar, sugar, grainy mustard.
Pork: Transfer to an oven safe dish, add a splash of water & cover with foil. Place in a preheated oven at 350°F for 18-20 minutes or until hot.
Hash Potatoes & Sinach: Transfer to an oven safe dish, cover with foil and place in the oven for 10-12 minutes.*For oven reheating, the durations provided assume the oven has been preheated, food has been transferred to an oven-safe dish and the dish is placed in the middle of the oven. Food provided in aluminum packaging is oven safe after removal of the plastic/cardboard lid and safety stickers. Reheating time may vary based on the type, age and settings of the appliance.
