(contains dairy and egg)Steak: Two 5oz grass fed filet of beef, Dijon mustard, fresh herbs, cracked black pepper, salt, olive oil, butter, red wine, touch of cream, beef demi glace.
Potatoes: Yukon gold potatoes, garlic, fresh herbs, shallot, egg, half & half, nutmeg, salt & pepper.
Vegetable: Spinach, shallot, garlic, butter, GF flour, milk, pinch of nutmeg, salt & pepper.
Steak: Transfer to a sauté pan and reheat on medium-high for 3 minutes on each side (Medium). Add additional time for Medium Well and Well Done. The steak is Rare to Medium-Rare as-is.
Potatoes: Reheat at 350°F for 17-20 minutes.
Spinach: Best if microwaved to a temperature of your preference. Stir at the halfway point.
