Steak: Two 5oz grass fed filet of beef, Dijon mustard, fresh herbs, cracked black pepper, salt, olive oil, butter, red wine, touch of cream, beef demi glace.
Potato: Yukon gold potatoes, garlic, fresh herbs, shallot, egg, half & half, nutmeg, salt & pepper.
Vegetable: Spinach, shallot, garlic, butter, GF flour, milk, pinch of nutmeg, salt & pepper.
Steak: Transfer to a sauté pan and reheat on medium-high for 3 minutes on each side (medium). Add additional time for medium well and well done. The steak is rare to medium-rare as-is.
Potatoes: Transfer to an oven-safe dish, cover with foil and heat for 17-20 minutes at 350°F.
Spinach: Best if microwaved to a temperature of your preference. Stir at the halfway point.
For oven reheating, the durations provided assume the oven has been preheated, food has been transferred to an oven-safe dish and the dish is placed in the middle of the oven. Food provided in aluminum packaging is oven safe after removal of the plastic/cardboard lid and safety stickers. When reheating using the microwave, transfer food to a microwave-safe dish. Reheating time may vary based on the type, age and settings of the appliance. Be sure to stir occasionally where possible.
