Steak: 5 oz filet, pepper, shallot, brandy, thyme, veal demi-glace, cream, butter
Potatoes: half & half, eggs, garlic, nutmeg, oregano, thyme, rosemary, salt & pepper, Yukon gold potatoes
Ratatouille: zucchini, squash, red onion, peppers, eggplant, tomatoes, thyme, oregano, rosemary, olive oil, salt & pepperSteak: Transfer to a sauté pan and reheat on medium-high for 3 minutes on each side (medium). Add additional time for medium well and well done. The steak is rare to medium-rare as-is.
Potatoes (Dauphinoise): Reheat on a sheet pan at 350°F for 20-22 minutes.
Ratatouille: Place a large saute pan on medium high heat, transfer the ratatouille into the pan, stir occasionally for 8-10 minutes or until hot
