Grilled Pork Tenderloin

Pork : pork tenderloin, shallot, garlic,smoked paprika, thyme, rosemary, tomato, olive oil, cream,salt & pepper.
Potatoes: Yukon Gold potatoes, water, half & half, butter, garlic, nutmeg, salt & pepper,
Asparagus: olive oil, salt & pepper, fresh lemon.
Pork: Place in a non-stick sauté pan (scrape all the sauce) on stove top at medium heat, cover and let it heat up for 8-9 minutes (flip the pork at the halfway point). Though not recommended, the pork can be microwaved for 4-5 minutes.
Potatoes: Best microwaved for 4-6 minutes (stir at halfway).
Asparagus: Microwave for 2-3 Minutes until hot. Can also be served at room temperature ( remove from the fridge 30 minutes prior serving).
*For oven reheating, the durations provided assume the oven has been preheated, the dish is placed in the middle of the oven, and the use of an oven-safe dish. For microwave reheating, time will vary based on the type of microwave and settings. Be sure to stir occasionally.
