Hoisin Glazed Atlantic Salmon

    Fish: 5 oz. salmon, olive oil, salt & pepper.
     
    Hoisin glaze: Sugar, water, fermented soybean paste, sweet potato powder, sesame paste, dehydrated garlic, chili peppers, lime juice.
     
    Lemongrass Rice: Jasmine rice, lemongrass, water, salt.
     
    Sesame Bock choy: Baby bock choy, canola oil, sesame seeds, ginger, garlic, salt, red pepper, sesame oil.
     
    Carrot Ginger reduction: fresh carrot juice, ginger, corn starch.

  • Salmon: Transfer to a non-stick pan, add a little water to cover the bottom of the pan, reheat at 350°F for 13-16 minutes.
     
    Rice: Best if microwaved for 3-4 minutes.
     
    Vegetables: Reheat at 350°F for 6-8-minutes.
     
    Carrot Reduction: Reheat in a sauce pot on low heat until hot.

    For oven reheating, the durations provided assume the oven has been preheated, food has been transferred to an oven-safe dish and the dish is placed in the middle of the oven. Food provided in aluminum packaging is oven safe after removal of the plastic/cardboard lid and safety stickers. When reheating using the microwave, transfer food to a microwave-safe dish. Reheating time may vary based on the type, age and settings of the appliance. Be sure to stir occasionally where possible.
