Goulash: Diced beef, peppers, onions, carrots, potatoes,tomato, garlic,bay leaf, paprika, caraway seeds, beef stock, salt & pepper
Green beans: olive oil, garlic, shallot, salt & pepperGoulash:Place in a non stick sauté pan (scrape all the sauce) on stove top at medium low heat, cover and let it heat up for 15-20 (fstir occasionally). Though not recommended, the goulsh can be microwaved for 5-6 minutes
Green beans: Reheat on a sheet pan at 350°F for 8-10 minutes. Can be microwaved for 3-4 minutes
