    Vegetables (GF-NF-DF): Asparagus, Sugar Snap Peas, Baby Bock Choy

    Quinoa (GF-NF-DF): Salt & Pepper, Olive Oil, Parsley

  • Salmon: Cover the tray with foil, place in a pre heated oven at 350 for 20 -22 minutes

    Vegetables: Reheat on a sheet pan at 350°F for 10 minutes

    Quinoa: Best is microwaved for 4-5 minutes
