Maple & Chili Roasted Chicken
Entire Meal is NF-GF-DF.
Chicken: Onion, maple, salt & pepper, thyme, chili paste, olive oil, beef stockStarch: Sweet potato, butter, maple, salt & pepper.
Vegetables: Brussels sprouts, onion, bacon, pinch of nutmeg, olive oil,salt & pepper.
Chicken: Transfer to an oven safe dish, srape all the sauce, cover with foil, place in a pre heated oven at 350 F for 15-17 minutes.
Brussels sprouts: Transfer to an oven safe dish. Reheat on a sheet pan at 350°F for 12-15 minutes.
Sweet Potato Mash: Best microwaved for 3-4 minutes ( stir at halfway).
