Mexican Grilled Jumbo Shrimp
Entree is NF-GF-DF
Shrimp: Cilantro, garlic, lime juice,smoked paprika, cumin,olive oil,,salt & pepper.
Rice: Jasmine rice, water, cilantro.
Vegetable: Tri color peppers, red onion,olive oil, salt & pepper.
Salsa: Mango, red onion,agave,lime juice,salt & pepper.
Shrimp: Transfer to an oven safe dish, cover with foil, place in a pre heated oven at 350 F for 10-12 minutes. Though not recommended, the shrimp can be microwaved for 2-3 minutes.
Vegetables: Reheat in a saute pan for 4-5 minutes.
Rice:Best if microwaved for 3-4 minutes.
Salsa: Served as is. Remve from the fridge, 15 minutes prior serving.
