Roasted Pork Loin

Pork : pork loin, shallot, garlic, sage, thyme, dijon mustard, olive oil, salt & pepper.
Vegetables: Green beans, shallot, garlic, olive oil, salt and pepper.Apple Sauce: Honey crisp apples, butter, rosemary, water, salt
Potatoes : Yukon Gold potatoes, half & half, butter, nutmeg, salt & pepper.Pork: Place in a non-stick sauté pan (scrape all the sauce) on stove top at medium heat, cover and let it heat up for 8-9 minutes (flip the pork at the halfway point). Alternatively, the pork can be microwaved for 4-5 minutes.
Potatoes: Best microwaved for 4/5 minutes ( stirr at halfway point).
Green Beans: Best if microwaved for 2-3 minutes.
Apple Sauce: Heat up in a small pot, stir frequently until hot.
*For oven reheating, the durations provided assume the oven has been preheated, food has been transferred to an oven-safe dish and the dish is placed in the middle of the oven. Food provided in aluminum packaging is oven safe after removal of the plastic/cardboard lid and safety stickers. Reheating time may vary based on the type, age and settings of the appliance.
