Seared Salmon & Braised Lentil

Lentil: Carrots, parsnip, turnip,onion, celery, leeks, garlic, thyme, bay leaf, tomatoes, potatoes, chicken stock, water, salt & pepper.
Salmon: 5 oz salmon filet, olive oil, salt & pepper, fresh chopped parsley & oregano.Salmon: Reheat at 350° F for 15-18 minutes until hot.
Lentil: Transfer to a non-stick pot, cover with a lid, simmer until hot, stir occasionally.
Serving: Place the braised lentil in a bowl, top with the fish, squeeze the lemon wedge on top of the salmon.*For oven reheating, the durations provided assume the oven has been preheated, the dish is placed in the middle of the oven, and the use of an oven-safe dish. For microwave reheating, time will vary based on the type of microwave and settings. Be sure to stir occasionally.
