Seared Salmon & Lentil

Lentil: Carrots, onion, celery, leeks, fennel, garlic, thyme, bay leaf,tomatoes,potatoes, chicken stock, water, salt & pepper.
Salmon: 5 oz salmon filet, olive oil, salt & pepper, fresh chopped parsley & oregano.Fish: Transfer the fish to an oven safe dish, place in a preheated oven at 350° F for 15-18 minutes until hot.
Lentil: Transfer in a non stick pot , cover with a lid, simmer until hot, stir occasionally
Serving: Place the braised lentil in a bowl, top with the fish, squeeze the lemon wedge on top of the salmon.*For oven reheating, the durations provided assume the oven has been preheated, the dish is placed in the middle of the oven, and the use of an oven-safe dish. For microwave reheating, time will vary based on the type of microwave and settings. Be sure to stir occasionally.
