Shrimp & Vegetable Quesadilla

Quesadilla: Shrimp, Rice,Black Beans, Peppers, Red Onion, Zucchini, Garlic, Squash, Cilantro, Olive Oil, Salt and Pepper.Salsa: Grilled Golden Pineapple, Jalapeno, Cilnatro, Red Onion, Red Peppers, Tomato, Lime Juice, Garlic, Olive Oil, Salt and Pepper.
Salad: Romaine, Spinach, Cucumber, Cherry Tomatoes, CarrotsDressing: Cilantro, Garlic, Lime, Olive Oil, Pinch of Sugar, Salt and Pepper.
