Steak Au Poivre, Roasted Potato Wedges, Creamed Spinach.
Steak NF-GF 5 Oz Flank Steak,Butter, Dijon Mustard, Fresh Herbs (Rosemary-Thyme-Oregano) Salt &Pepper, Beef Demi Glace, Cracked Peppercorn, Red Wine).
Potatoes GF- DF-NF-VEGAN (Idaho Potatoes, Oil, Salt & Pepper).
Spinach GF-NF (Fresh Spinach, Shallot, Garlic, Milk, Flour, Cream, Salt & Pepper, Nutmeg).
Steak: Transfer to a sauté pan and reheat on medium-high for 3 minutes on each side (medium). Add additional time for medium well and well done. The steak is rare to medium-rare as-is.
Potatoes: Transfer to an oven-safe dish and heat for 10-12 minutes at 350°F.
Spinach: Best if microwaved to a temperature of your preference. Stir at the halfway point.
