Thai Red Curry Haddock

Fish: Haddock filet, Thai red curry paste, ginger, lemongrass, cilantro, garlic, lime juice, coconut milk, touch of cream, fish sauce, salt & pepper.Rice: Jasmine rice, water.
Bock Choy: Baby bok choy, water, sesame oil, tamari, ginger, garlic.
Fish:Transfer to a non-stick sauté pan, (use a spatula to not damage the fish), scrape all the sauce and cover with a lid. Reheat on low heat for 8-10 minute until hot.
Rice: Best microwaved for 3-4 minutes.
Bock Choy: Microwave for 2-3 minutes.
For oven reheating, the durations provided assume the oven has been preheated, food has been transferred to an oven-safe dish and the dish is placed in the middle of the oven. Food provided in aluminum packaging is oven safe after removal of the plastic/cardboard lid and safety stickers. When reheating using the microwave, transfer food to a microwave-safe dish. Reheating time may vary based on the type, age and settings of the appliance. Be sure to stir occasionally where possible.
